"We had a custom window that was cracked and had waited several years to replace. They were highly recommended and we called for an estimate. The estimator came out, took measurements and pictures. We paid a deposit (which was totally reasonable) and they were on their way. A couple weeks later, we got a call to schedule service. The installer was here for 30 minutes. He removed the old, cracked glass and replaced it with the new. When he was done, it looks like the original, complete with matching the tinting. I really hope I don't need their services again, but if I do I will be using them."
